Working closely with their Maintenance and Contracts teams in the North East, North West and Yorkshire, we provide surveys, concepts, planning and technical designs to assist their in-house Project Managers, Building Surveyors and Facilities Managers on their property port folios.

We work on listed buildings, conventional building and ex-local authority properties.  Projects include office to residential conversions, extensions, upgrades to doors and windows, services and external works.
