Canopy is a self-help, community housing project based in inner city Leeds, who renovate derelict properties to create decent homes for people who are homeless.

For their larger projects, we provide surveys and assessments, designs and technical advice, tendering and project management services before handing properties back to Canopy who complete the decorations with their volunteers and tenants.

The works entail upgrading each property to meet current Building Regulations and include new roofs, doors and windows, thermal improvements, new electrics and plumbing plus new kitchens and bathroom fittings.
