We helped this clients designer obtain planning permission for this 4,300sq.ft two storey, purpose built community centre teaching Islamic studies to over 200 children.

We then assembled a design team of structural, services and environmental engineers as well as CDM coordinator and building inspector to develop technical drawings and take the project out to tender.

The project then returned to the original designer and community who successfully built the project themselves.
