This project created an enlarged, contemporary kitchen extension to an end terrace property located close to York city centre.  Designed within Permitted Development guidelines this project did not need planning approval which saved our client needing to pay planning fees and two months of waiting for a decision.

The existing cold, damp and draughty extension was demolished prior to constructing the new, highly insulated extension.  The roof window in the extension is located immediately in front of the original window to maximise light into the formal dining room beyond.  The cold kitchen was also insulated and the yard received a makeover.

Our client was so pleased, they recommended us to the adjoining neighbour, so we did the same to their house!
